It is an absolutely amazing brain cell adventure in my attempt to set up a blog- my blog! Not to sure what I am going to write, but I want to write something regularly to keep the juices flowing. So here I sit fingering the keyboards of my exhausted lap top, being pestered by an annoying flying insect, it appears to like me. Well, I don't like 'it', so I hope it flies off quickly. No, I won't kill it intentionally, I will just give it a sore head...very soon.
Ha...I am now going to see if this blog finds it's way to facebook, so i can follow the link and read my blog...and why not?

Speak Up Speak Now
I find the proposed rise in university fees a disgrace and along with 50,000 + university students I showed my disgust by marching in peaceful protest by government buildings in London.
This coalition Government wants to make further education available for those who are financially priviledged. I as a mature student(49) would not have been given the chance to 'better' myself and get out of 12 hour shift work (something that I had done for 28 years) if this Govt had been in place in 2007 with their horrendous policy.
We need to speak up and let this Government know that what they are proposing is wrong.
